the hotel was gorgeous, had lovely views and marvellous location just off the beach, shops and long walks along the promenade as well as all the restaurants and pubs. the pool was good and i had premium drinks in the main bar.

I've been here for 7 nights, the breakfast was overall extensive such as for the use of a safe or Wi-Fi. Liked staying at the standard queen room with toiletries, the shower, for instance. The location was perfect and magnificent everywhere on the islands. Moreover, it's very close to bars and shopping centers, all the restaurants and pubs close to the beach, and a huge beach area.
The staff - some of them were not that friendly.

We got excellent value for our money with a free room upgrade and spacious accommodations. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the sea view from our room was incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could make the morning meal better was having more small spoons available in the restaurant. It was sometimes difficult to find one for eating yogurt or dessert.

New-fashioned and gorgeous rooms with superb views of the beach and sea. Attentive staff and satisfactory breakfast with good products. Alcoholic drinks at poolside bar, very good service.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be a wider variety of breakfast options.

The location was perfect just 5 minutes away from the beach. breakfast was good. stuff were friendly, and I will go to this hotel if I go to Gran Canaria again. I recommend this hotel to everybody.
Blanket was not good (the blanket was between two sheets!!!) and furniture of the room was for a 3 star hotel not 4 star, however to me was not that important, as I spent most of the time in the beach. During 4 nights staying in the hotel, they did not change the soaps. It was the first time I saw for having an access to the safe we had to pay, however it was not too much, 2 € per day.

This hotel has everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and conveniently close to shops and the Yumbo Centre. The facilities are top-notch; there are four different pools to choose from and even a clothing-optional sundeck. The cleanliness is impressive throughout this hotel, and the breakfast buffet offers delicious options. Moreover, the staff provided exceptional service; Pedro in the bars and restaurants was outstanding.
Everything was spot on during my stay at this hotel. I had no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel was a great choice for our city trip. The breakfast was fabulous, with a lot of different options to choose from. The location was perfect, with the beach and different bars and shops all within walking distance. The pool and garden areas were absolutely beautiful and relaxing.
The sunbeds were always fully booked in the morning and there was not enough space for all the guests to enjoy the pool area. the hotel lacked love for the food, it was more about feeding the guests than offering a real gastronomic experience.
